1. No Returns on Opened Products
- For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles.
- Only unused and sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
We accept returns and offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:
- The item was damaged in transit
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product
